Shipping policy

Shipping costs according to the destination country:

United States: Free shipping on orders over $145. $15 flat rate under $145

Guatemala: $6.47

Latin America and Canada: $25 flat rate

Europe: $35 flat rate

 

Orders will be delivered between 4-8 business days once the order has been processed. 

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and shown at the time of confirming your purchase, giving you the chance to review and approve it before completing payment. Please note that this shipping fee does not include any potential customs duties or tariffs that may be applicable if you're placing an order from outside of your country. Any additional costs due to customs or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. orders under $800, no tariffs or customs duties will be charged—neither at checkout nor upon delivery.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing the order, boibá, is not responsible for locating the package. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. 

As a small business, boibá strives to offer optimal exchange solutions for our customers, ensuring satisfaction without compromising our brand. We understand that purchases may not always be the right fit. If you change your mind within 15 days of receiving your garment, we gladly accept exchanges (for the same style, different size), depending on availability or we offer store credit. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, stained, or altered garments. To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at team@boiba.co to request approval. Only items that have been pre-approved will be accepted. 

Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee directly at FedEx or DHL before sending the item back to us. 

We take great care to ensure every boibá piece meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at team@boiba.co so we can review the issue as soon as possible to assist you accordingly.
